Jim Fitzpatrick sits down at FinTech South with Shawn Holtzclaw, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Fraud Risk and Compliance for Fiserv. Shawn tells ASBN that despite the fact that Fiserv provides services to close to 12,000 clients around the globe, they’ve chosen to house their largest location in Alpharetta, GA, where they employ over 2,000 associates.
As a large provider of financial and payment technology services, Shawn discusses the ways in which Fiserv works hard to make sure that their large scale services are able to be delivered to small institutions. This allows them to work with institutions of all different sizes all around the globe.
